The light within

The emotional drive to create this project comes from the discomfort of living in a border town, where people continue to throw their garbage in the middle of the street, and nature is even more devastating. My project comes from this urgent need to rebalance myself by creating the things that make the earth feel better. I started this project a few years ago with my family. I strongly believe that using plastic in a different way, making it visually appealing, can best capture the attention of the viewer to elicit questions. Why plastic? Why fabrics, why paper? They are all structures that in a certain sense enrich man but impoverish him, due to his lack of awareness that all this must be reused or recycled. We should really ask ourselves how much a dress costs in terms of environmental pollution. Manufacturers should ask themselves whether it is ethical to have child labor in their industries in this era.
